Windows Hello cannot use its stored key, so setting up or using your PIN fails.

How to fix it

1. Sign in with your password.
2. As administrator, delete the folder C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Ngc (you may need to take ownership first).
3. Restart and set up the PIN again in Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.

Is it serious?

Fixable. After a motherboard or TPM reset this is expected.
