Windows setup cannot install to the drive or partition you picked.

How to fix it

1. Unplug every drive except the one you are installing to.
2. In setup, delete the partitions on the target drive and select the unallocated space (this erases it).
3. Check the BIOS: UEFI boot with the drive as GPT, or Legacy with MBR. Mixing them causes this error.
