The file or folder is corrupted and cannot be read. During Windows setup it means the install media is damaged.

How to fix it

1. If this happens during Windows setup, remake the install USB on a different stick.
2. For copying files, run chkdsk X: /f on the drive.
3. Re-download the file if it came from the internet.

Is it serious?

Fixable. Replace the drive if errors keep appearing.
