Windows hit a problem in the file system on a drive.

How to fix it

1. Run chkdsk C: /f from an administrator Command Prompt and restart.
2. Check drive health with the maker's tool or CrystalDiskInfo.
3. Back up important files now.

Is it serious?

If drive health shows warnings, replace the drive.
